Every class at YogaLife is taught in small groups — never more than twelve students — so that each practitioner receives individual attention. Our schedule spans six days a week, with options for complete beginners through experienced practitioners.
Drop in for a single class or commit to a monthly membership for unlimited practice. Online options run on Indian Standard Time; recordings are available to all registered students for 48 hours after each live session.

Hatha Yoga

Classical Hatha sequencing with attention to alignment, breath, and the interplay of effort and ease. Suitable for complete beginners through consistent practitioners.
Ashtanga Rishikesh Style
Mon – Sat — 6:00 am
The traditional Rishikesh method: practice the Primary Series at your own pace with individual corrections from the teacher. Moon days observed.
Pranayama & Meditation
Tue · Thu — 7:00 am
Systematic exploration of classical pranayama techniques — nadi shodhana, bhramari, kapalabhati — followed by guided dharana and dhyana.
Advanced Asana Lab
Saturday — 8:00 am
A workshop-format class exploring Second Series Ashtanga postures, arm balances, and inversions. Prerequisite: consistent self-practice.
Online Hatha Live
Mon · Wed — 6:30 am IST / 1:00 am UTC
The same classical Hatha class broadcast live via Zoom. Recordings available for 48 hours to registered students in any timezone.
Yin & Yoga Nidra
Sunday — 5:30 pm
Long-held floor postures targeting the connective tissues, followed by a 20-minute yoga nidra. The perfect end to the practice week.
