For the Committed Teacher
The 300-hour advanced teacher training is designed for working yoga teachers who want to deepen their personal practice, expand their teaching repertoire, and develop a more sophisticated understanding of the philosophy and science underpinning what they teach. This is advanced study in every sense.
Over thirty days you will progress through five intensive modules: advanced asana and Ashtanga, yin yoga and fascia science, philosophy deepening, yoga therapy, and professional teaching development. Each module is taught by the YogaLife senior faculty with an emphasis on depth over breadth.
Graduates of the 300-hour program who also hold a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 qualification are eligible to apply for the RYT 500 — the highest credential awarded by Yoga Alliance. A prerequisite of a valid 200-hour certification from any Yoga Alliance school applies.

- Arm balances clinic — bakasana, parsva bakasana, eka pada koundinyasana, astavakrasana
- Advanced backbends — full wheel, drop-backs, kapotasana preparation
- Teaching advanced students — cueing, adjusting, and progressions for experienced practitioners
- Sequencing for advanced groups — building toward peak poses intelligently and safely
- Self-practice intensive — two hours of personal practice each morning
