Yoga Retreat
Seven and fourteen days of immersive practice in the city where modern yoga was born.
Why Rishikesh
The Source of the Tradition
Rishikesh is not simply a beautiful city in the foothills of the Himalayas — it is the yoga capital of the world, a place where the classical tradition has been lived, taught, and transmitted for centuries. The Ganges, the mountains, and the atmosphere of sincere practice create conditions for inner work that students rarely find elsewhere.
Our retreats are deliberately unhurried. The structure supports intensive practice without becoming pressurised. You will be challenged — but you will also rest, eat well, explore the city, and leave feeling more yourself than when you arrived.
